Ruta Terms and Conditions

1. Seller

Ruta is an educational mentorship offered by Carlos Melo Consulting LLC ("Ruta ", "we"), 1688 Meridian Ave, Ste 600, Miami Beach, FL 33139, United States. It is led by Carlos A. Melo Fajardo ("Carlos").

"You" means the buyer. You must be 18 or older.

2. What Ruta is and is not

Ruta teaches, in Spanish, how credit works in the United States, what consumer protection laws say, and how their procedures work. It teaches from experience, and we use artificial intelligence tools to make learning more dynamic.

This mentorship provides no advice of any kind: legal, financial or credit. We are not your lawyers, advisors or consultants, and purchasing Ruta does not create an attorney-client relationship, an advisor-client relationship, or any other legal or professional relationship between us.

We do not review your case, we do not give recommendations about it, and we do not take any action on your behalf: we do not contact credit bureaus, creditors, debt collectors or agencies for you. You make the decisions and take every step.

We do not promise results: no Score points, no removal of any account, no timelines. Outcomes depend on your situation and on third parties we do not control. Carlos's personal experiences shared in the material are his own case, not a promise about yours.

3. What you get

For a payment of $47.99 USD (plus applicable taxes, if any, shown before payment), you get two things, itemized on your receipt:

a) In-app reading, inside the Ruta app, of the two books in digital format, "La Ruta : El GPS del Crédito en Estados Unidos" and "Mapa : El terreno legal del crédito en Estados Unidos". Their regular price is $19.99 each, on Amazon and at Rhythmo House Books. With the Ruta purchase they are included at a 50% discount, at $9.99 each, for in-app reading only. They are published by Rhythmo House Books, the publishing imprint of Carlos Melo Consulting LLC, and are charged together with your Ruta 800 payment, in a single $47.99 charge with each book on its own receipt line. The books can only be read inside the Ruta app: they are not emailed or delivered as a file (EPUB, PDF or other) and cannot be downloaded. Reading remains available even if you do not pay the fee (section 4). The EPUB and paperback are sold separately at Rhythmo House Books.

b) The mentorship ($28.01), with personal access for 180 days to:

Some material is released in stages and may be offered on the website, in the community, or in a Ruta app. Anything released after your purchase is included at no extra cost while your access is active.

4. The Membresía Ruta Premium and the monthly fee

The first 180 days are included in your payment.

When the 180 days of included access end, $9.99 USD per month is charged to the card used for your purchase. This fee keeps the premium features active: Los Club and the weekly live session, the Alarm, the Vault, the Kit , the Secuencias , the AI assistant, the Notebook with its videos, and new content.

If you do not pay the fee, starting on day 181 the 80 audios, in-app reading of the two books and the LAB form and website how-to videos remain available inside the app. The Notebook becomes read-only: what you already wrote stays in the app on your phone and you can review it, but you cannot add new entries. What you write in the Notebook is stored only on your phone: we do not receive it, see it or keep a copy. Looking after your phone and that information is your responsibility. The other premium features close. Cancelling or not paying creates no debt and no collections. If you pay the fee again, everything reopens.

We email you 15 to 20 days before the first charge, stating the date and amount.

You can cancel at any time from your account, without calling or giving a reason. If you cancel before the first charge, you are not charged again and the premium features end on day 180. If you cancel later, no further charges are made and the premium features continue until the end of the month already paid.

If a charge fails, we retry it for about 7 to 14 days and email you so you can update your card. Meanwhile, the premium features stay active. If the charge cannot be collected, your account moves to the no-fee level and reactivates when you pay.

If we ever change the monthly price, we will email you 30 days in advance, and you may cancel before it applies.

5. Refunds

$47.99 payment: if it is not for you, contact us within 7 days of your purchase and we will refund 100% of the package, books included, no questions asked. This refund is requested here, from Ruta , even though the books appear on the receipt as a Rhythmo House Books sale. A refund ends your access. After 7 days, the payment is not refundable, and the books are a final sale.

Monthly fees: fees already charged are not refunded. Canceling stops future charges.

No refund is given if access is closed for violating these terms (sections 6, 7 and 8).

Before disputing a charge with your bank, please contact us: we can resolve it faster.

6. Your account and how the material is used

You sign in with a personal account, which also gives you access to the Bóveda and to the Ruta app when it becomes available. The account is yours alone: it may not be lent, shared or sold. One account, one person.

The material is used inside the platform. Kit prompts open one at a time, by topic or chapter. The Bóveda is used by query: we show you the applicable laws and regulations with their official links and, when useful, an excerpt in English and Spanish. There is no bulk download.

The laws are public. Our work is the selection, organization, explanations and prompts.

You may share an individual prompt with a family member or friend for their personal use, free of charge. You may not resell or publish the material, compile prompts into another collection, or use software to extract the content. If you do, we may close your access.

7. The community

Los Club is a community for learning and sharing experiences. It is not a place to sell.

No one may offer, sell or promote anything in the community: no services of any kind, no credit, no products, no businesses of their own or of others. Anyone who does so is removed from the community and loses access, with no right to a refund.

Respect at all times.

Do not post sensitive data: Social Security or ITIN numbers, full account numbers, passwords or full credit reports. We delete them without notice.

Methods prohibited by law may not be requested or shared.

What members share stays in the community.

An AI educational assistant supports the community chat and helps us moderate it. What you write there may be reviewed by that assistant and by our team.

What other members, guests or moderators say is their own opinion and responsibility. Only Carlos speaks on behalf of Ruta , and nothing said on the platform creates a legal obligation for us or constitutes advice.

8. Official channels

The official Ruta channel is the chat with us inside the community. For payments, refunds and cancellations, or if you cannot sign in, you may also write to soporte@laruta800.com.

We will never ask you for information, payments or passwords through social media, direct messages, phone calls or any other channel, even if it uses Carlos's name, image or voice. Ruta does not offer services through those channels either. If someone contacts you that way, it is not Ruta : do not respond, and let us know through the official chat.

9. Prompts and your AI tool

The prompts are working guides you use in your own AI tool. AI can make mistakes. You review what it returns, and you are responsible for anything you send to any credit bureau, creditor, debt collector, agency or court.

Do not use the material to state false facts or to dispute information you know is accurate.

10. AI voices

Some voices in the audio episodes are generated with artificial intelligence, including an authorized replica of Carlos's voice. Profe SofIA and Profe Alex are AI characters; they are not real people or lawyers.

11. Affiliate links

The material and the platform may include affiliate links. If you buy through one, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Each link is marked, and using it is your choice.

12. Copyright

All Ruta material is the work of Carlos A. Melo Fajardo and Carlos Melo Consulting LLC, or is used under license, and is protected by copyright. This includes, item by item:

Buying a book or receiving any material as part of the mentorship does not transfer any copyright to you. You receive a personal, limited, non-transferable license to study it while your access is active. For the audios and the books, the license is to listen to and read them inside the app for as long as the app exists, including without the fee (section 4). It does not include the file, the printed book, or any right to copy, share or resell. We may update, move or remove parts of the app with reasonable notice and, if we close the app, we will give at least 90 days' notice. No one may reproduce, copy, record, translate, distribute or publish the material, in whole or in part, without the author's express written permission, except as allowed in section 6.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim you make is limited to the amount you paid Ruta in the previous 12 months. We are not responsible for your decisions or for what third parties do or say, including other members. This does not limit rights that the law does not allow to be limited.

14. Privacy

We use your name, email and purchase data only to provide access, process charges and contact you about your account. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details. We do not sell your data. Do not send us your Social Security number or passwords.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change affects you, we will email you 30 days in advance. Your purchase is governed by the version you accepted, except for anything you accept later.

16. Complaints and governing law

If something is not right, contact us first through the official chat or at soporte@laruta800.com. We will respond and seek a solution within 30 days.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States. Either party may bring a claim in the appropriate small claims court.

17. Electronic signature and record

By checking the boxes and paying, you electronically sign these terms and agree to receive account notices by email. We keep as a record the date and time, your email, the version of the terms you accepted, and the payment record. You may request a copy at any time.
